Chipped porcelain in bowl

Ok, in cleaning the new Ranch, I've discovered a few places inside the bowl where the porcelain is chipped, or actually gone.
is there anything, food safe of course I can fill these areas with?. I know seasoning them will prevent further rust, and I can always line it with foil when I cook,
But i was thinking about filling them with a putty of sorts, to level the areas out and make them smooth.

I know that there are high heat epoxies, but the Ranch can get hot as he!!. Would be concerned about toxins & you wouldn't be able to get a surface for it to adhere to properly. Got any pics? I know that you mentioned that you were gonna possibly use plates when reattaching leg sockets. Is the damage outside of socket area?

I'll get some pics this evening. It's outside the leg socket area..pretty bad in a couple places

clean it, rub it with flax seed oil, get it hot without burning
repeat a few times

flax seed oil will polymerize and leave a nice seasoning over the spot, helping to prevent rust

Around all 3 vents...if I can get it seasoned and keep it inside when not in use, I'll get a few years out of it

I'd try to remove as much of that rust as possible before coating it with oil. Otherwise it will rust from the inside out. I'd try a vinegar or evaporate soak and/or hit it with a stiff brush. There's still a lot of life left in that rk.

I like to use bacon grease to coat bare spots, once you get that all gunked up you shouldn't have anymore problems with it continuing to rust.
