Told the wife yesterday I was going to grill. She said "Make whatever its Fat Tuesday  ;D no MEAT on Wednesday" No meat on  Wednesday!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! >:(

Okay need to stock up on food today

The lineup....

Pork Tenderloin
Smoked Cheddar Cheese Filled Peppers
Black Forest Ham
Provolone Cheese
Hickory Smoked Bacon
3 Beer Rub

Now how did it turn out? Very juice and flavorful!

Would I change anything? Yes Less of the (3 Beer Seasoning)

That's it you ask? No precook the Peppers and cheese

Other than that no other changes. Wow that was very good but my wife said "To spicy" (3 Beer Seasoning), "Can you also do something with the peppers?" and  last but not least "This was great just change the two things please"

Me: "I love you"
Her: " I love you too"
Me: "I was not telling  you I was reminding myself"
Her: "Ass"
Me:  ;D

Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

Well, @Shoestringshop, I'm looking, and looking, and looking at the knife, trying tio figure out how I can replicate your process because I LOVE cooking pork tenderloins for my family.  I've been butterflying them, but then you've always got to deal with the butcher's twine.

Where do I get one of those ? ? ?

The it hits me, I've got (believe it or not) a bayonet from some battle in 1868:

Maybe I'll clean that up a little and then I'm good to go!
