Anyone tried it?

This was posted a few months back by someone, I don't see the advantage.  One of the greatest benefits to the slow and sear in my mind is that is has thick sheet metal on the outer edge.  No mor banking.  You can use it in a 22 or 26 which you cannot with the grilla q or the smokenator.

It's what? Fifteen bucks less than the SNS? I'd rather spend a little more and keep high heat off the sides of the bowl. Plus, I'll bet the SNS is a lot more stable on the charcoal grate.

Get some fire bricks and a 88 cent pan for water.  Save your money.
