@Winz that's great info. I probably won't get anything right away... also thinking about a baking steel that can double as a griddle

Trying to figure out if I'll be OK with general items that do a couple different things pretty well, or if it's better to spend a little extra money to get the specialized items that will do one thing perfectly.
