Home alone this weekend, finished everything I wanted to do, had a corned beef round in the fridge, so on the JJ it went.

After a couple hours just before I foil wrapped it.

Since this was last minute, I didn't have anything else made, so I made a little sandwich. I'll break out the meat slicer tomorrow and thin slice it for sandwiches. Not bad, maybe a little to much smoke.

looks great

do you prep the beef yourself or get it in the pack?
If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline

I would eat that everyday.

Thanks. This was something I picked up at costco. I did three 1 hour soaks in cold water to get some of the salt out of it.

Decided to slice it up tonight and made another sandwich.

Looks delicious!  I did 2 corned beefs on my Weber today.  5 pounds for 4 people and no left overs.  I was too busy to take pictures though.

1st hour was at 225* then the JJ heated up to 250* for the 2nd hour. The JJ seems to love 250*. It can sit there for hours. Anyways, for the 3rd hour I double wrapped in aluminum foil with some beer. iT was 165* when pulled. Oh, it was 4.5lbs of meet. Total cook time was 3 hrs.

Thanks man......I think I just don't go quite long enough......like the Pepper Stout Root Beer Beef I did today....ate some & put it back on for 45+ min.

Wow! Why even bother with a bun - that looks fantastic. I don't think it would have even made it to the table at our house...  8)
