Everything looks fantastic! I don't even know where to begin in! All I can say is I am going to buy another turkey and copy some of the great ideas I have seen here. Then I am going to try and fool that turkey hash recipe out of Brian for the leftovers. I'll post the results here.

This was my setup
Kettle cooking the bird, Kamado baking the side dishes.
Had a very small 10lbs bird this year.
Bird in the Kettle.
