Slap Yo Daddy Ahi Tuna

I took Harry Soo's class a few weeks ago and he showed us how to make this awesome seared ahi tuna. Pretty simple to make but it's delicious!

That Harry's a great guy....."As Seen on TV" I watched him get Johnny Trigg to eat this same thing !!!!

He was skeptical about it, but liked it after trying it out............

Harry's class was awesome when I took it this summer.  The ahi tuna was great, looks like you did a killer job!
