BUTB Chicken

I've been using the JJ a lot lately instead of the 22s. Grilled up a beer can chicken for dinner tonight.

That looks very moist and tasty. Love the chunks on the chicken. Is it garlic?

Not sure, it's whatever was in the rub. We use this and add sea salt to it. Rub down with olive oil and this seasoning inside and out and throw it on the grill at 400 +- for a little over an hour.

I love that seasoning!!  I like being able to salt to my own taste and not having the bottom half of my rub be all salt. Seems like other seasonings have so much salt and by the time you get to the bottom of the can it's mostly salt.
