5 hours later...Done!  A great cooker.  Held a constant temp really well. :)

That's great.  I was just wondering - I don't see a heat diffuser.  What kept the ribs from burning?

Vent on the top and bottom.  It takes very little charcoal and retains heat very well.  old school :)
