Cajun Bandit 18" Rotisserie Ring

I got the Cajun Bandit 18" Rotisserie Ring today and it looks like another WINNER!



As you can see it's reversible for the 18" WSM/Kettle and I added another motor mount to accommodate both cookers.

I also took the time to do something that I consider an "ease of use" mod for me and something I've done to all my Weber and Cajun Bandit rings and notched the spit hole so I have "U" cutouts on both sides of the ring. Something I took from the EZ-Que ring.













It looks like Little Red "G" will be on the fast track for a refurb!



I gotta say, that I am hooked on Cajun Bandit products and so pleased to add this to my repertoire - the list includes:

So motor mounts one way....flip over, still got motor mounts !!!!

Not everywhere do you see folks getting out the cutting wheel as the new product is unboxed.....

Which direction does it come with, for WSM, right?

I recently sold my 18" WSM's because I wasn't using them for comps, but my 18" Drum Smoker will definitely be giving the ring a workout!



Just like the 22" ring it will go from Kettle to WSM without changing the motor mount.

The thing I was wondering, tho, is which direction does the mount come from Cajun with, for WSM, right?
Then you added the one for the flip over, or kettle use?

The 22 ring comes with the mount not attached but both sets of holes drilled. You install the mount for whichever cooker you have.

Swamp got an extra mount so he can have mounts installed on both sets of holes. That way he can go from Kettle to wsm/drum without having to move the motor mount.

 Gotcha...i had the part where there was an extra hitching post ordered / added, just not if Cajun pre-installs it one way......
