Little WSM found his Mama
« on: May 25, 2014, 10:19:00 PM »
Just picked up an 'N' code (1991) 18" WSM this week and she cleaned up really nice.  I love my 14" but this should make a great addition when a little more space is needed.

Came with a pretty cool old cover too.

Cool, congrats on the new acquisition! I like the old cover, too.

I started the other way around, with a 22" WSM... Will probably have all 3 sizes someday.

Nice work, man!  That handle is in great shape, and the cover too.  Plus the cover isn't too tight like my newer cover(s)-- I end up storing my 18 WSM under a big trash bag.

Now get some food and start seasoning that beauty!

AnakiMana,

I started with the 22" WSM too but found it was just too big for my needs. It's a real monster. A big beautiful monster, but a monster non-the-less. I sold it to get my 26" OTG, which I love.  I really do love the 14" WSM because it's so efficient on charcoal.  Admittedly it sometimes falls short on space. I think between the 14" and 18" WSMs, my needs are covered.
