I think this is a green '52  it was on someones porch....

Interesting find and design.   The bowl doesn't sit as low in the frame as the original, and this particular frame doesn't have a second support rail.  (The one that is parallel to the ground)
Still worth a closer look though.

I saw one similar in Lancaster PA. It ended up being a cast iron pot.
