MacEggs comes through!
« on: May 02, 2014, 06:55:27 PM »
After just a few days wait, the FedEx guy brought us a Crimson SJ today.  This was an AMAZING job of agenting by MacEggs.  Not only did he do the leg-work of getting the kettle and a shipping quote, but he opened it up, repacked all of the small parts with bubble wrap bags and only asked for the cost of the grill and shipping.

Here's what showed up today:

Also, kudos to another Canada WKC member Dave O, as he was also willing to agent one of these for only his cost as well, but the shipping was pretty high because he's on the way over on the west cost and I'm in central-Midwest US.   Those Canada guys are a great bunch!

Thanks again guys...   ;)
Interested in ANY offset handle SJs you may have.

Good Going Mac & Dave! Congrats on the Crimson SJG, Saxart!  8) It's funny, this is I think the second AH code I've seen that's engraved crooked a' la K code. Maybe Weber has seen us talk about that here and took notice...   ;D

How much was the kettle in USD?  And how much was shipping?  Looks beautiful by the way guys!  Great teamwork.

I'm trying to have a friend bring back 2 for me during memorial weekend. Crossing fingers.

Great work Mac, I think us Aussies and Cannucks are very similar.... We both don't have much to offer the Yanks as far as Weber products go but we do what we can when we can ;)
I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers

I got mine on Friday from Mark. Should have a new wooden handle on it today after meeting up with Brian.
