Way cool!  That is on my list of things to get. I can't wait but I have been told to save it for a gift.....

Chicken looks really good. I bet it was tasty too. What is next on the list for smoking? Pork, brisket, ribs.... All of the above?

Sweet! How easy did you find it to keep a steady temp using it for the first time?

Did you put water in the pan or sand?

you won't be sorry! I love my WSM! it's stupid easy to use. fire it up, let the temp settle in, put the meat on and wait. once temp stable, it'll chug along until out of fuel or major enviro changes(rain, high wind...etc) force you to adjust.

Held 225 all day except when the sun hit it this afternoon.., used minion method for the butt I did today and water in pan for all but last 2 hours...new to WSM, but not to meat smoking.

Actually wanted a Stumps smoker but decided to perfect my smoking on a wsm first...cheaper and more forgiving.

Gonna try sand soon, but im working on perfecting my butts...moved from a gas smoker (which worked very well) to charcoal because I prefer the taste...and I want to start using the charcoal ive been making.
