Picked these up from Costco the other day:
I had intended to get their all-beef hot dogs but these called to me. Coated some taters in olive oil, salt and pepper and onto the grill just off the heat for about 30 minutes or so then added the sausages:
After about 25 minutes or so the sausages are ready to burst in their skins so it is time to do the buns:
The daughter of the wife does not eat smoked anything so I was not supposed to have anything other than charcoal when the taters were cooking....there was a chunk of cherry somehow made it's way in. My plate:
Sausages were better than normal fare and had a good snap to em' - I'll buy again.
