Went with the classic . . . Ribeyes and Lobster Tails . . .



Plated with some fresh pasta ravioli and an Asiago Cheese Sauce.



Sadly, my tail got a little overdone.  But the steaks came out perfectly and both my daughter's and S-i-L's tails were spot on.

Awesome looking combo.... sadly, I'm starting Keto again (today is first day) and beach is in 10 weeks.  Looking to shed 20 lbs so no pasta for me!  But I could do that steak and lobster all day long.
