Simple weeknight cook at dusk...

Question, how do you like your burgers cooked?  Picture for reference....

Cheers!

Medium well for me. Although I have cooked a bunch of burgers for guys that wanted them rare.

I think Jimmy Buffett said it best.

I like mine with lettuce and tomato
Heinz 57 and french-fried potatoes
Big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer
Well, good god Almighty, which way do I steer?

That just gave me an idea of what to cook tonight! Medium for me with a nice crust, right off the grill ,cold beer   and sitting near the bbq to get that beautiful smell!  Nothing is better than that.

YES!!  Jimmy Buffet was one of the greats and we always listen to his music at the beach.

Wow, you paint a beautiful picture with that description!  I usually go to 160F which works for us.  Not much pink and still juicy.  Kellee wanted hers at 150F last night and it looked better than mine.  Might need to adjust next time.

If you have one tonight, enjoy!

Just did some smash burgers and some dogs. The gasser was felling lonely so I thought I would fire it up.
Cheers and have a great week end

No less than medium well, generously salted, with a nice crust.

Agree, I try for a nice crust but don't always succeed.  There's something magical about a burger that turns out perfectly when it happens...  Burgers are actually my favorite thing to cook and my family all ask for my "Greg Burgers" when we have get togethers.  And yes, proper seasoning is a must!

Cheers
