Arrived today. I have her in the Performer running a burnoff cycle after I washed it best I could in the sink.

Getting the mini WSM ready for 2 pork butts done with my own rub and mop, and applewood chunks.



Rotisserie Pork Loin this weekend.

I have one too and love it. Looks like you got the one that also fits on the WSM? I'm yet to do any butts with mine so can't wait to see some pic!

Yes, I got the WSM/Weber Kettle version. The butts are going on the mini WSM, the loin will go on the rotisserie.

I liked the stainless steel option for the CB plus the interwebs say it fits tighter than the weber
