Pork chops/jealous devil lump/chimney starter

Decided to use 2 lumps of my jealous devil to cook a pork chop with the grill grates

Pork chop looks good.
I’ve used the chimney starter to grill beef tenderloin. It’s quick and uses very little lump.

Thank you. I’m still unsure why I was banished. Maybe I should feel a bit more sensitive about it. :(

I like the skewers idea. I agree about the lump usage. That’s why I did it. Plus jealous devil gets crazy hot.
