My 95' ss performer I purchased ash sweep and can need to be changed. However weber doesn't make the parts amd the new sweep and can are different. What are some options to replacing this?

Thanks in advance

You can purchase a newer style ash catcher assembly and ash sweeps then use one of the modifications in this article to attach the ash ring.

The easiest method is to use hose clamps to attach the ash ring to the leg sockets.  I used copper wire to attach the ash bucket ring to one of my kettles.

This kettle being a 1989, the leg sockets do not line up to accept the tabs of the ash ring.  I bent the tabs outwards and used a small section of copper wire, running it through one of the socket tabs, then twisting it over the tab of the ash ring.  Worked fantastic and is not visible anywhere from the outside.
