I saw the same listing. If it is near you, check it out & see if the internal ash pan is still with it and in decent shape. If it is, buy it for the ash pan. Some like to use the ashpan with the old Weber kettles that have the three daisy wheel vents and no ash sweeps. Makes it easier to remove the ash after a cook.
If it doesn't have the internal ash pan, or the internal ash pan isn't in great shape, then buy it if you feel like it. The Happy Cookers are fine kettles, but they seem to have little value outside of the internal ash pan.
