Grilling and smoking in a concrete jungle is never easy, but here I am, doing just that. Half the terrace, rare in this city, is taken up by kettles, smokers and other Weber grills. We don't get many vintage models here, no hard rubbish collection days, so i've made do on the new black 47cm, 57cm and jumbo jo.

Being on the BBQs started out as a way to bring me back home to the family BBQs as a kid, then turned into a catering business and is now back to a fun way to cook and entertain as I am now making smoked and cured sausages.

Looking forward to getting stuck in when time permits on the forums.

cheers,
Fat Legs
