My lovely wife noted I have expressed interest in a rotisserie for one of my grills.

I've decided I would enjoy it better for kettle/WSM than Genesis. That lead to 22" kettle or 26.75", which lead to 22" kettle & 22" WSM...

In my research thus far, it appears Cajun Bandit is the way to go. Any insight out there before passing info to my lady?

I like the Cajun Bandit rotisserie I have especially since the motor is wireless. The only annoying thing for me is the holes that are made to reverse it for the WSM or Kettle need to be covered up when not in use to limit air flow. I either stuff tin foil in the unused holes or high temp tape but both do not hold as good as I'd like. Maybe someone else has a better idea then I do for that. Since I can use it for both a 22 kettle and 22 WSM I will deal with the annoyance. If I only had a kettle I would look a little closer at the Weber system and then buy a wireless motor.

@foshizzle - Just saw this posted on the facebook yesterday.....

It's made specifically for the Spitfire Grilling roti rings, so i don't know if it would work on the CB ring or not.

Or you can just  make your own. I drilled my own spit holes higher so all it takes is a large fender washer to cover the holes.

Thanks for the info to plug those holes. These will work out perfect. Thanks!!

Here's more option for you. You'll get a whole lot more versatility with a taller roti ring. You can cook direct over coal or remove the lid and cook indirect using wood splits.
