New performer deluxe!

I just put together my brand new performer deluxe 22.5 grill!! I'm pumped to get cooking on it and am debating what I should cook first. I previously had a cheapo gas grill, but upgraded to a true grown up grill!!

So... I have some chicken breast, flank steak, and ribs (those are going on the wsm). My wife is pumped for some salmon, but I am debating whether that should go on the wsm too.  Thoughts?? Recipies? Tips??

Its very simple, all new Weber grills get broken in the same way....
BURGER's ... nothing like burgers on charcoal...
brings back all the memorys of why you bought it
