I'm on it Sir. Carne Asada tacos and wings are in order. Should go down well with Pliny the Elder.

Please share about that cook when you're done! I'm drooling just thinking about it...I've only been on the west coast once. I need to learn how to replicate the deliciousness.

Absolutely. Love taking photos of my cooks. Carne Asada is super simple. Sprinkle flank steak with SPG and cook over high heat over lump coals. I prefer royal oak. Dice up the meat and serve over your favorite soft tortilla. Top with diced onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Finish off with your favorite hot sauce. You're in for a treat. For wings, I have thousands of different ways :)
Thanks for sharing! My wife will be very happy, and I get to grill, win win!
