I hijacked all my kettle comforts from my 26er and placed them in the Ranch. Including my Slow N Sear XL and Pitmaster 110.
After foiling the ribs, I had to help the Pitmaster come up to temperature by opening a vent for a while, but other than that, I am tickled about the outcome.
