Tip Top Temp
« on: July 12, 2017, 05:55:09 AM »
Hello ya'll; I am looking to buy the Tip Top Temp gadget but though of ask before, in my area we quite often have windy weather. When I use the kettle on a long cook I almost leave closed the bottom vent and control with the top one to keep 225 - 250. I've got quite good at it after a couple of years but was wondering about the TTT. My question is for anyone who can shed some light out of experience, how does the TTT performs with windy weather?

Thanks in advance and wishing everybody a fun sunny BBQ day!!   8)
