I've been thinking about doing the same sort of thing, but with a stainless steel table.  Just curious, @kemmons, what is the diameter of the hole that you cut in your tabletop in relation to width of the table?

BD
the table top is 31" but the gap between the metal frame below is exactly 26".  So I cut the hole at 25" in diameter.

D@mn.  All of the tables I've found on CL have been 24" wide.  Guess I'll keep looking.

Thanks and keep up the good work on yours ! ! !

Finally found some time to start working on this again .  Gonna cut the table trim next, build the lower rack, and paint the frame.  Reassemble and start cooking again.
