What year is this?
« on: May 11, 2017, 10:04:58 AM »
Saw this grill on FB for sale. Has metal bowl handles and a wooden lid handle.

It's $20. Didn't know if it's worth buying.

If it's complete, it's definitely worth the $20.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn’t?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

It looks like a nice faded black MBH.. looks just like mine! It has some nice patina and should clean up nice. There is a guide on this site to determine the age of a grill.

I think what brewtownbeatdown meant, was if it's not missing anything (grates, etc).

I wouldn't think twice about spending $20 on it.. it looks like a great buy!
Seeking either 56-58 anything or Westerner

For 20 bucks... Just buy it. It's a no brainer.

@james1787 nailed my definition of complete. IMO, the correct ash pan is the most important part. Going by the extra pic you added, it looks to be in grate shape: nice even, light fading, no dings or chips, light rust on triangle (busted whitewalls appear to be only issue).

Well worth $20. Hope you're able to grab it.

Grab it. If I was home I'd have it.
