Thanks for the inspiration. I made a poor-man's version of this cook tonight... Frozen cod with Zatarain's Fish Fry on the Performer.  I used lump charcoal and an apple chunk. I don't have a Vortex so I just used the Weber baskets wrapped in aluminum foil. I cooked some fresh corn in the husks on the Genesis for a side. My wife and I loved it!  We will definitely be adding this to the rotation. Thanks for providing the inspiration!  I'm sure it was 1000% better with fresh Walleye but for a quick and easy meal, this was pretty darn good!

What is this Vortex? I've been grilling for probably 20 Years and never heard that term.

I got my vortex before I bought my first kettle last year. Now I got a few kettles and 2 vortex and won't cook without it
