Easy and tasty.  Amazing Ribs has a good read on these.

I've made a bunch of batches.

I prefer hickory smoke over others I've tried.

My favorite recipe so far is the "Beefy Almonds" at the bottom of the link above.

I should add that everyone should make smoked nuts.  Easy and really tasty.

Before I had the roti basket, I used a pizza screen to smoke them.  I think the results were just as good.  It is actually easier to clean too.

Looks amazing!  @ClubChapin -  Can you remind me where to get the roto basket?  I seem to remember its only available overseas and I would need to use one of the foreign amazon sites.

I got it here:
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00QSH9IFW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Shipping is cheaper (per item) if you you get multiple items.  I picked up the european warming rack, flat roti basket, and a grate lifter with it.

The dollar is strong right now.  A good time to order from Amazon.de.

I've ordered from amazon.de, .fr, .it, and .co.uk.  On the Weber stuff, Amazon.de seems to have the best price.  Not sure why, I'd expect all in the Euro currency would be the same.
