It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Love me some beef ribs. Did you wrap them at all? I do the same basic seasoning just add some chipotle for a touch of heat. What's the price per lb. where you're  at? It's like 5 and a half here.

They look delicious!

I haven't cooked any ribs on my Weber yet. Not so popular cut here in Greece.

@Travis these were cooked unwrapped. I picked these up at the local meat shop for $6/lb. And the chipotle sounds like it would be a good addition...next time. 😎

@Nate If you ever get the hankering to, next time wrap them up in some butcher paper once you get the color/texture you want. Really does a great job of maintaining moisture and the butcher paper get all kinds of lovely from the juice. When you unwrap them to check them out, it's just lip smackin goodness I can't even describe.I'm getting really hungry thinking about beef ribs now. I love these more than pork ribs.

@Travis I typically wrap my beef ribs in pink butcher paper but I decided at the last minute to try these beef short ribs without. I intended to wrap since I had my roll of butcher paper out and waiting. Next time I'll use it with the short ribs. Oh, and I too like beef ribs more that pork ribs.
