Fired up the old Ranch Kettle today.
Used a charcoal ring from a 22WSM as a basket.
Had a 5# butt, rubbed in Bad Byrons and brown sugar, did a hot n fast 350 degree cook, after i seared all sides . Wrapped it after and hour and pulled at 200 I.T.
Threw on a couple pork tenderloins brined in salt and brown sugar overnight, and a dutch oven full of frozen meatballs, cause i could.
All in all toooo much grill for a small cook but I love it ! Even threw some sausages and hot dogs on for lunch ( no pics of them)

Very cool.  Can't believe you're cooking on that 2 weeks after you acquired, knowing all that went into the restoration from your other thread!

Great job all around @firedude5015!  On hell of a clean up and restore, and a cook that would have taken my 26er and my 22!

I cant take credit Matt, I saw the ring trick in a post from @pbe gummi bear
And the credit for the restore goes to all of the WKC for inspiring me.
