The wife took the twins to her friends birthday out of town...overnighter.

So, cooked up something simple for dinner.

Started with this.

Waterfall running.

Some music.

Fries in the fryer for their second dunk.

Dogs also had a quick dip.

Then on to the grill.

Plated up. I don't know why the fries turned out so dark. Maybe the type of potato I used. Delicious nonetheless. :)
Some pregrated organic Mexican blend cheese on the bun first before the dogs going on then a little on top with some mustard.

Dang it that looks really good! I'm starving at the moment and this thread is not helping. What temp do you fry at? What oil?

I like the idea of the fry basket in the wok. I will be stealing this idea. I normally scoop out whatever I'm frying up with a fry spoon but this would take that out of the picture and get everything out in one scoop/lift.

Also, I love nights when I'm left home alone. I act like I'll just be sitting around doing nothing and then as soon as she leaves the grills, music, and beer get put into gear and I spend the whole night on the back deck doing "nothing" its great.
