How are you celebrating America's independence?

I figure most of us are celebrating Independence Day (if not there's a different forum for that )..

There was a Memorial Day cook thread where everyone shared their cooks..let's do the same for the 4th. You just might inspire someone.

On my menu is faux burnt ends, spare ribs, mac & cheese, and a corn/avocado salad.

So what are y'all cooking?
