Finally got a 22" WSM (a big thanks to @JayCee for picking it up and storing it) and just had to cook something on it ASAP.

I happened to get to Costco during the week and was able to pick up a couple of racks of ribs.

Did them kinda 2-2-.25, one naked as the day it was born (for my lovely wife, who adds the Rendezvous rub before eating) the other with a mix of Mad Hunky No Salt General Purpose rub, BPS Jallelujah and Championship Money rubs (added honey and brown sugar during the wrapping phase for this one too) and finished with some Meat Mitch Whoomp BBQ sauce.

Also did some smoked potatoes and corn with some of the same rubs.

I am really over the moon to finally have a 22" WSM.

Also tried Tatonka Dust on one of the off cuts/rib tips - works a treat with pork

Everything was fantastic - some of the best ribs I have had!

Willing to trade first born for: *Ranger (any colour) *Westerner (yeah right)

*Imperial (Glen-Blue) *Brown GA

Ken. Congrats on the 22 WSM!  So much room, and the best smoker for ribs in my opinion. You clearly know how to get the most out of it - that is a great plate of food.

@kendoll pleasure to help out with this. Looks like an awesome cook. Glad it's found a home where it will be well used.
