help pls with identifying ss weber grates

Looking at buying a set of used ss weber cooking grates.

How can you tell they are ss and not standard nickel plated?

Does a magnet stick to the weber ss grates?

Ive read that some ss grill metal which is not 300 series grade ...magnet may partially grip the 400 series ss ...so magnet test wouldnt be 100% accurate...

Any suggestions?

Just tried a refrigerator magnet. It did not stick.

The Weber SS grates, for my 22, are not magnetic. The stainless top on my performer is.
