I guess my story wasn't much different than Mark's. I fired up an entire chimney of lump, dumped the coals, and went in to finish making up my skewers while the grill, uh, warmed up. Yeah, that was warm enough...
I posted it to Weber's FB page and like clockwork, they told me to call CS. I have to order a couple parts anyway, so I'll give em a shout in the morning. Just hope I can remove the melted goober w/o effin' up the EZ vent I have now.
