JJ charcoal grate.
« on: July 28, 2014, 09:09:29 PM »
You guys remember that warming rack I was making? It's close in size to a JJ charcoal grate if I use it for that purpose, it will sit a little higher bringing the charcoal closer to the cooking grate.

Do you guys see that being a huge issue?

If it breathes, we can cook it!

It would be fine for direct grilling, probably not the best for 2 zone/ indirect cooking though
If your thinking about using for your Flamenco you'll probably be direct grilling on that anyway, if so it might be worth putting the original charcoal grate on top of the new one to help stop the charcoal from falling though
I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers
