Anybody know how to get the wheels moving again? The are frozen from rust on my newly acquired red beauty. Thanks!

I would pop the push caps off wheels and disassemble the legs, triangle.  Hit everything with steel wool and reassemble.  The plastic cover of the push cap will probably come off leaving the retaining ring on the triangle.  If you're careful, you can use a pair of needlenose or regular pliers to pry if off w/out snapping it.  You then can reinsert the retaining ring (note the direction of the little "tangs" into the groove inside the push cap using a screwdriver.  Good as new!

Try just hosing out the dirt. I've never seen a frozen wheel on a Kettle.. Are they metal or plastic?

They are plastic. I thought it was weird also. I'll try to get the dirt out tomorrow and see if I can get them rolling. If not I have a replacement triangle and wheels.

Might have to try cleaning the wheels or taking them apart on my Yellow as the wheels are also frozen.

Thanks everyone for the replies. It turns out years of crude had built up in the hub, causing the wheels to freeze. I popped off the hubcaps and wheels, clean the crude and sanded the axle down with emery cloth and voila! Good as new :)
