I didn't take too many pictures but I'm sure you know how it goes.

Part way through the cook I realised that the sweet potatoes weren't getting enough heat on the lower grate. So I reinstalled the cooking grate to complete the cook.

It all came up trumps.

That rack system you started with sure looks ambitious.  Too bad the head distribution wasn't up to snuff.  One of the signs of a good cook is being able to recognize when a change is needed and reacting.

If I had allowed more time, it would have worked nicely. But I needed things to move along.
