"Off the record... Home Depot stores will be running a Black Friday weekend sale on both of the first weekends in May. I suspect charcoal will be on the list of things for cheap."

Sweet......thanks for the heads up.  I'm good on K-Blue, but I could really use some more lump.  I've blown through almost two big bags of Royal Oak since Wallyworld had their sale a few weeks ago.  Wish I would have bought more when it was on sale.

Keeping adequate stock is a fun challenge, for sure.  I survived the winter with my 100lbs of KB untouched, and with a couple big bags of Frontier lump left as well.  The Cowboy is all gone, though, so I'll need to stock up for the summer if I can find a good deal on lump.
