Title: Chicken thighs & linguisa on the roti.

So the girlfriend who is Portuguese and has been looking around for good linguisa finally found some at my local butchers. So I decided chicken thighs and linguisa on the roti would be great with some red beans and rice. So here we go.

Finished pics. The chicken skin burned on me alittle. The taste was so good with the sausage fat basting the chicken. So finished pics and plated.
