Title: Newly acquired MBH "B" code
Post by: gunner on November 24, 2013, 11:10:55 AM
I picked up this faded MBH "B" code for $35.00 yesterday. It also came with an old chimney starter and half a bag of Kingsford. It's in really good shape, only one small lid chip and a few dings but come Spring will clean up real nice! I also picked up an identical "A" code from Zavod44 same day but had to break it down to fit both grills in my car so no pics yet on that one..

No rust around the leg sockets which is good

It's in pretty awesome shape and will clean up nice in the Spring! Cooking some chicken wings on it for the Bears game now...

How did it clean up?
I just this morning picked up the same model kettle in even better condition than yours.
I was actually a bit dubious as to whether it had the original lid but after seeing your post I'm pleased to see that it has so thanks for sharing.
