Title: Vacation BBQ - new 22 gold
Post by: Bbqmiller on August 26, 2013, 04:31:31 PM
Well, I got to my mom's and found out I am on the hook to cook up some ribs one night for the extended clan. She has a small two burner charbroil that won't do the trick. Wife says it is ok to get a kettle for use when we visit. After a quick trip to the local Walmart, we are ready.

We visit often, and my mom has a huge shed that I can store it when we are away.
Anytime my wife says it is ok I am not going to argue :)

Always nice to get a new grill with the ok from the wife! Now you have a great grill to cook on anytime your there. Can't wait to see the cook pics!

"my kettle is more powerful it will do almost anything."

Those new ones with the hooks on the handles and the lid thermos are pretty nice.  Well, not bad for an 'away' kettle.  ;-)

New vent with serial number

Packed well and finish seemed good out of the box

The handle/tool holders are neat (but not as nice as Brian's)
