Battled the rains this weekend, but had some tasty success cooking Jalapeno Poppers, Roasted Chickens, Salmon and Sirloin Steak. Used various grills including the Weber Summit Charcoal Grill, Kamado Joe Classic III and Recteq RT-1250. Our first Jalapenos from the garden this year and they were tender with just the right amount of heat. Filling was a mix of cream cheese, shredded colby jack cheese, olive oil, one chopped green onion and It's Incredible seasoning. Sides for the steak dinner last night were asparagus and Kellee's Brandy mushrooms.
