Pulled pork from a previous cook, griddled until mildly crispy with onions only - no extra seasonings to mask that caramelized onion and pork flavor combo. Small carnitas made with small carb friendly tortillas, topped with Mexican crumble cheese, sour cream and cilantro. This is an excellent use of leftover pulled pork bbq, will be in our cookbook and on our menus going forward!

No, there was a problem with the web server and we had to move to a new machine.
My apologies, there were a few posts lost because the transfer took so long and I forgot to put the forum in maintenance mode :(
