Enjoy Greg! We just arrived in Mississippi. I have beach burgers and some other fun stuff planned to cook. We are planning a trip to New Orleans to eat at Commanders Palace, which should be the culinary highlight of the week.

Filets tonight on the GA.... I haven't cooked a lot on a GA, but it's super fun and makes quite a steak! Did a little reverse sear and checked out a nice sunset while they warmed on the indirect side. Almost forgot the plating pic, dove right in.

OK, so no grilling pics, no sunset pics, but it is the coast. Capitola a couple of hours before sunset.
Beautiful day, hanging out with my wife and grandson at the beach. Grandson loving the water and he just learned what the Pacific tastes like
