Added a couple of SNS upgrades to the Jumbo Joe this morning. Smoke hole on the bottom and probe port on the right side. This should solve lower vent holes getting clogged with ash during a low n slow cook and provide an easy way to add probes without wires under the lid. Fun little project, didn't put paint on the bare metal, will just keep the holes oiled.
