Title: Seared Salmon and Wilted Spinach Salad w/ Hot Bacon Dressing

Salmon seared on a cast iron grill pan on the old Genesis, cauliflower tots and an amazing salad that Kellee made.  This is a do-over!

Looks great. Did you bread the tots traditionally or did you use a pork panko?

Thanks!  These are Green Giant from the grocery store freezer.  They've been my quick go to for side items when we're busy doing other parts of a cook.  Air fryer for 20 mins @400F.  We also use no sugar added ketchup.  After getting used to that I can't stand regular ketchup.
